Telecaller

We're hiring experienced female Telecallers in Choolaimedu, Chennai. Must be confident, clear-speaking, and persuasive with a real estate or construction telecalling background. Handle client calls, explain projects, and drive conversions with the sales team.

• Engage leads via calls from CRM and campaigns; explain project details, pricing & offers.
• Coordinate appointments and site visits with the Sales Team efficiently.
• Handle inquiries from Meta, Google Ads & online sources; convert them into hot leads.
• Maintain call records, lead status, and share brochures/videos through WhatsApp or email.
• Provide daily updates to sales manager with lead progress and feedback.

1. 2+ years of telecalling experience, preferably in real estate or construction.
2. Fluent in Tamil & English with excellent communication and soft skills.
3. Strong in client handling, persuasion, and consistent follow-ups.
4. Female candidates only, with good phone etiquette and a pleasant tone.
5. Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and ready to join in 15–30 days.
