Sales Executive

1. Generate and nurture leads via walk-ins, field visits & online platforms.
2. Conduct site visits, explain project benefits, and drive conversions through follow-ups.
3. Build strong client relationships and network with brokers & referral partners.
4. Maintain daily reports on leads, visits & negotiations; ensure CRM updates.
5. Collaborate with marketing to achieve monthly targets and stay ahead of market trends.

1. 2+ years of experience in residential real estate or construction sales.
2. Strong communication in Tamil & English; skilled in client handling and closures.
3. Proven ability to meet targets, manage pressure & drive conversions.
4. Local market knowledge of Chennai with willingness to travel for site visits.
5. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and basic sales reporting.
