• Collaborate with creatives for compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages.
• Analyze & report campaign performance, CPL, conversion, and engagement metrics.
• Manage social media content, audience engagement, and brand consistency.
• Execute growth strategies including retargeting, A/B testing & smart audience targeting.

1. 2+ years of experience in real estate digital marketing or related field.
2. Expert in Meta & Google Ads with strong campaign setup, optimization, and reporting skills.
3. Proven track record in lead generation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
4. Strong grasp of social media trends, content formats & audience engagement.
5. Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, CRM tools, and team collaboration.
