Site Engineer

We're hiring a Site Engineer to lead residential construction projects in Chennai. Ensure timely execution, quality control, and site safety. Hands-on experience with contractors, vendors & real estate sites a must. Build with excellence.

• Lead on-site execution of residential projects, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors & contractors to streamline workflow and resolve site issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations with strict compliance to safety & construction standards.
• Monitor progress, maintain schedules & budgets, and report to senior management.
• Guide junior engineers, conduct inspections, and ensure sustainability compliance on-site.

1. BE Civil with 7–10 yrs experience in residential construction project management.
2. Strong in construction processes, material knowledge, and on-site execution.
3. Excellent in leadership, decision-making & problem-solving under pressure.
4. Skilled in project management tools and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
5. Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery; location: Chennai, accommodation provided.
