Civil Engineer - Fresher

We are seeking motivated Civil Engineering freshers who are passionate about residential construction and eager to gain practical site experience. This role provides direct exposure to live projects, site execution, quality control, and construction supervision under experienced professionals.

• Assist senior engineers in day-to-day site activities
• Supervise construction work as per drawings and specifications
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed on site
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors
• Support material tracking and basic site documentation
• Learn project execution, planning, and reporting processes

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Basic knowledge of residential construction practices
• Willingness to work at project sites
• Interest in learning site execution and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Discipline and a professional work attitude
